国产盐酸西替利嗪片的人体药代动力学及相对生物利用度2
Desager等［4］曾对成人单剂量口服20 mg西替利嗪水溶液和儿童单剂量口服5 mg西替利嗪水溶液后的药代动力学过程进行了研究，其中成人体内西替利嗪tmax为（0.62±0.22） h，t1/2β为（8.6±2.1） h；而儿童体内西替利嗪tmax相对延长，可达（1.07±0.45）h (P<0.01),t1/2β显著缩短，仅为（4.91±0.60） h (P<0.001)。本文研究结果表明，8名男性健康志愿者单剂量口服10 mg盐酸西替利嗪片后的体内药代动力学呈现一级吸收的二房室开放模型，tmax和t1/2β与文献报道的成人盐酸西替利嗪体内过程基本一致［4，5］。CET片和ZYR片的主要药代动力学参数cmax和AUC0～∞经三因素方差分析和双单侧t检验均无显著性差异，且CET片的相对生物利用度为（99.50±8.89）％。■
